The Northern California Global Meeting is the third convening for our 2019 cohort of Schmidt Science Fellows. Hosted by UC Berkeley and Stanford University, the meeting will give Fellows the opportunity to experience the unique environment of California’s Bay Area and Silicon Valley. Fellows will meet with scientific leaders, including Nobel Laureates and MacArthur Fellows, hear from a range of faculty on different career paths, and meet with venture capitalists on Sand Hill Road.
