Rose Mills

As the Executive Assistant to Dr. Megan Kenna, Rose manages the day-to-day support, diary, travel, and logistics for the Executive Director.  Additionally, she works closely with the Director of Operations to offer administrative and operational logistics across the team both in Washington, DC and Oxford, UK.

Prior to Schmidt Science Fellows, Rose managed the office administration, operations, and membership affairs of a government organization focused on mining policy that supports the natural resource and related environmental protection interests of its member states.

Rose received her BS in Animal Sciences at the University of Maryland, College Park and has worked in various roles in the veterinary industry caring for everything from livestock to exotics.
